My name is Kian (he/him), I am a 24 year old (I won't be aging anymore because I got bit by a vampire) artist, hobbyist, and former musician (because my singing sucked) who specializes in watercolor, digital art and oil pastel. I have been practicing for about 6 years and experimented with different ideas and styles.

My favorite art style is the portraits with the multi-colored faces, it represents my challenges with identity and emotional self-supporting. The blue and orange people I draw are known as "calderas", depending on who they are, they charge in moonlight or sunlight. Their skin colors are inspired by the irony of human identity, and thermal cameras.

 

I am currently working on a series of mandalas that I will be posting to all my social medias and this website.

Some trivia about me: I enjoy painting rocks with acrylic, gardening, trying new cultural foods, and visiting art galleries. I am unsure of whether or not I want to feature my work in a gallery.
